If you have anger management conditions, it is very necessary to identify that there are a range of unique stages that human beings go through just before it can come to the surface. All of us is unique and not all of us will go through each phase in sequential order. Some people will go directly to the final stage, even though other folks will begin at phase one and gradually progress through the unique levels. This guide will detail the different levels and give you an understanding of what causes them and what you can do to stop on your own from progressing to around the different stages.

STAGE 1: MINDLESSNESS

At this phase you fall short to recognise that nearly anything is an trouble for you. You fall short to recognise that you are getting an emotional response to nearly anything in your setting and it is creating you to move away from your optimal state. On the surface you may well be capable to keep almost everything under handle, but underneath the surface you are slowly shedding a little bit of control.

At this step issues are nevertheless unconscious for you. You don’t recognise that a breach has took place. You imagine that almost everything is fantastic. And you do very little! Basically you should be addressing the state of affairs through assertiveness due to the fact someone or something has pressed one of your buttons.

STAGE 2: Detrimental COPING Tactics

At this phase there will likely be a several unfavorable feelings coming up for you. But you know what? You are going to be proactive and flip them into favourable feelings. Cos that is what you are socialised to do right? They are unhealthy coping strategies because they don’t deal with your underlying trouble? They include:

· Excess Alcohol

· Excessive Exercise

· Calling Buddies

· Social Media

· Electronic mail

· Television

......and the checklist goes on. Whatever that you have interaction in to make you feel superior (in the short-term).

STAGE 3: PASSIVE AGGRESSION

Sadly these emotions of anger and frustration continue to be. You have tried to get rid of them through unfavorable coping tactics. So what now? You choose to take it out on other people but in a socially appropriate manner. For example, you interact in:

· Workplace Gossip

· Silent Treatment

· Negs (that are neither compliments nor put downs to others)

But does this get the job done? No! If anything it gets other individuals angry.

STAGE 4: VOLCANO

Now you can no longer accept it! Something has got to give. You are an emotional wreck. You explode! You react! Continually this is done over very minor matters (e.g., the dishes not being put away, an innocent comment). Something fully unrelated to what made you angry in the first situation. Examples of volcanic eruptions consist of:

· Yelling and screaming

· Physical violence and intimidation

· Storming away

· Highway rage

Again the list can go on. And if the suitable antibody isn’t used, then the routine will proceed and continue until individuals can’t put up with issues any longer. For example, they will leave their marriage or abandon their jobs etc. Usually this can be a blessing in disguise and certainly the 1st step to recovery.
